日本では7月31日がシャアバーン29日となっています。
下の『ラマダーンタイムテーブル』というツリーに説明したとおりです。
確認は、ヒラール委員会の発表を注意すること、または、ほぼ間違いなく同じなのはマレーシアの暦です。

ラマダーン突入はヒラール委員会が決定し、このホームページのindexとイスラミックセンターのホームページのindexで発表され、マスジドネットワークの各マスジドにメールが配信されます。7月31日午後9時5分頃どちらかのホームページを見ておいてください。

Meeting Notice for Ramadan Decision
The Heads of Masajids, Musallahs and Muslim Organizations in Japan
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Brakatohu

It is our pleasure to congratulate all of you on the coming month of Ramadan Al-Mubarak 1432 A. H. We pray to Allah (S.W.T.) that He guides us to do good deeds and accept them from us.
On Sunday the 29th of Shaban 1432 A. H. (31st July, 2011), All of you are requested to watch for Hilal (Crescent) 10 minutes before and after the sunset (Sunset time 18:47) and inform Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee-Japan about the sighting of the Hilal (Crescent) or otherwise.
As all Masajids, Musallahs, Muslim Organizations in Japan are members of Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee-Japan, and they are all requested to attend this meeting of Ruyat-e-Hilal Committee-Japan on Sunday the 29th of Shaban 1432 A. H. (31st July, 2011) at 8:00 P. M. at Islamic Center-Japan so that we can decide about the starting of the month of Ramadan Al-Mubarak 1432 A. H.
May Allah (S.W.T.) bless us all, and accept our good deeds.
